I believe this very handy and important, indeed. When I look at development of our soccer players in South Africa, it leaves a lot to be desired. They hardly have any social skills training and therefore, when they turn professional, they find it difficult to handle the fame and fortune. This will also assist in having a global understanding of what we'd like the sport to deliver in the future.
